1. Cancellation and Modification
You may cancel or modify an order with no penalty if you do so within:
- Three (3) business days of placing the order for new/custom builds or service contracts.
- Ten (10) business days for off-lot/standard inventory (if not yet delivered).
Restocking Fees: Any cancellation outside of these windows, or any cancellation of a "Rush Order," will incur a 15% Restocking Fee based on the total purchase price of the physical goods/materials.
2. Services and Labor (Non-Refundable)
Because home improvement involves customized labor, the following rules apply to services:
- Labor performed is non-refundable. Once work has commenced on your property, you are responsible for the full cost of all labor hours and services provided up to the point of cancellation.
- In projects where services constitute the majority of the contract value (e.g., 95% service), only the tangible material portion of the contract is eligible for a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee).
3. Return Policy for Physical Buildings/Materials
If you wish to return a physical building or unused materials, you must notify us within three (3) business days of delivery.
- The Calculation: Your refund will be the total amount paid, minus the 15% Restocking Fee, and minus any non-refundable labor or installation fees already performed.
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Pickup: You grant us thirty (30) days from the date of notification to retrieve the building/materials from your property.
4. Payment Processing Fees (Non-Refundable)
When you pay for our services via credit card or electronic bank transfer (ACH), the bank/processor charges a fee to handle the transaction.
- The Policy: In the event of a refund, the original credit card or bank processing fees are non-refundable.
- Reasoning: These fees are retained by the financial institutions and are not returned to MS Consulting Division LLC; therefore, they cannot be returned to the customer.
Other conditions or charges not covered by this policy will be resolved in accordance with state law and the terms and conditions of the financial institutions/bank/processor as non-refundable.
